Company History
Jyoti Forge & Fabrication was established in the early 80’s by Late Phool Chand Patni, Mr. Basant Kumar Patni, Late Padam Chand Jain and 5 other founders with a broad Constructive Vision in Guwahati, Assam. Initially they started the Production of Pressure Standard Tanks, Swiss Gates & Other Steel Structures. On 29th of March, 2007, Jyoti Forge & Fabrication Officially Registered as a Pvt. Ltd. Company. Over the decades, Jyoti Forge & Fabrication experienced significant growth, expanding its operations and diversifying its portfolio including Cutting Edge Technology in the Field of Construction. The journey has been marked by several noteworthy milestones. In response to changing market dynamics, Jyoti Forge & Fabrication has continually adapted and innovated its strategies. The leadership team of Jyoti Forge & Fabrication consists of key individuals responsible for its success. Since its dawn, led by our CEO & CTO Mr. Basant Kumar Patni, who sets the strategic directions & focuses on technology and innovation which includes the COO & CMO Mr. Naman Jain managing daily operations & Handling marketing while the CFO Mr. Tikam Chand Jain overseeing finances & manages the talent. Legal matters are under the General Counsel’s purview. Together, this team collaborates to make vital decisions, allocate resources, and ensure the company’s growth in the construction industry.
