Jyoti Forge & Fabrication’s workshop covers a total area of 17000 Square meters & Shed area is 6000 Square meters. In our RDSO approved workshop, the basic job process undergoes a sequence of creating, assembling, and modifying steel structures using advanced cutting-edge technological tools and machinery, following a well-defined workflow process. Here are some key aspects of fabrication in our workshop:

1. Materials: We work with a wide range of MS plates, angles, rods, pipes, sheets, hollow sections, wires, galvanized, bright, flanges, and fittings for varied applications.
2. Equipment: Our Workshop is equipped with a variety of tools and machinery, including cutting tools i.e., automatic beam welding, Straightening, CNC Plasma/oxyacetylene cutting, Arch/Metal arch welding, both CNC & radial drilling, hydraulic power press equipment, bending machines and many more advanced types of machinery, depending on the specific fabrication needs.
3. Processes: Our fabrication involves various processes such as cutting, bending, welding, machining, blasting/painting, and assembling. These processes are used to shape and join materials into the desired finished products or components.
4. Customization: Our workshop can produce customized finish parts and products tailored to the specifications and requirements of clients or the company's own projects, depending on the project’s deadline.
